When you shop here please ask for Mayra H. She provided so much knowledge of various types of rocks to choose from and at the end of it all. We ended up going with an Italian imported white calacatta statuario max 3cm quartz with medium grey veins.

I absolutely adore this company and the nice staff. I always knew what kind of quartz I wanted for my kitchen, and after looking for months, I finally found THE one at East West Marble. If you’re in the area or need new kitchen countertops, check them out and ask them to show you the quartz Calacatta Plata (Viatera) - you will instantly fall in love! As I walked in the door today, Nancy and Leonora right away noticed that I had trouble getting out of my car and walking to the door (I injured my lower back and can barely walk straight). They were so kind, attentive, and accommodating that they even offered to push me on a desk chair to the warehouse where I can see the quartz. Thank you for everything, your help does not go unnoticed!

A fantastic place for marble, granite and quarts. A large beautiful selection! Prices are fair. Tracey is an excellent liaison and was amazing at giving knowledge and ideas. She helped me think about things I didn’t even know I needed to think about such as over hang length, edging and sink placement. I went to many places before purchasing my counter top. East West Marble is an excellent source of granite choices for our kitchen countertop. The facility is pretty massive and well organized. Andrea Vilchez provided us with excellent service and personally guided us. She was polite, professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and personable. After our first visit, we exchanged several emails as our initial list of favorites was quite long. She responded quickly and grouped them by categories. That helped us narrow down our top three choices. We went back a second time and we finalized our first choice with her help. In spite of our age differences, we left feeling that we could be friends. Ms Vilchez is an asset to East West Marble Co.

Andrea Vilchez was the ultimate professional. She was personable and knowledgeable. I came in looking for a very specific looking granite. She walked the entire warehouse with me helping me to locate the exact look I was after. She guided me well. I had previously been to other warehouses where they said I could wander around their warehouse on my own to see if there was something I liked. These warehouses were massive and mixed with all types of stones. So the fact that she walked the floor with me expedited the process and made the entire experience so much more pleasant. Then once I selected the color I wanted she let me know she could put it on a brief hold and that I could come back to select the exact slabs I’d like in my kitchen before they’re delivered. She was unassuming yet remarkable. This girl is a gem! I would recommend my friends and go back to East West Marble because of her stellar customer service.
